The goal was clear: hone a clear and compelling narrative to reset customer perception of this brand and its expanding offerings in the world of exceptional travel.

I consulted on in-depth consumer research and testing, which grounded my work as I developed a brand strategy crafted to embraces a modern perspective on travel delivered with a fresh tone.

A family of brands.

Working within and adding onto the JP Morgan Chase family of brands, we were also asked to rename and position Chase Travel’s hotel offering to align with our elevated brand strategy.

Immediately impactful, clearly human, we knew the launch campaign needed to set the new tone for this reimagined Chase offering. More than merely perks and points, this is a new way to dream, discover, and book your travel.
